In the official DVF records for 2024 and 2025, the median price of a house was €6,660 per m² of built area in Valbonne, €7,090 in Opio, €6,370 in Roquefort-les-Pins and €7,100 in Mougins. Land, view and condition can move any single villa well away from those medians.
