How to reach Agnieszka

The enquiry form

If you prefer to write, the form below asks for your name, your email address, a telephone number if you would like a call back, your preferred language and what your enquiry is about: buying, selling, a search mandate, one of the homes on this site or something else. Add a few lines about what you have in mind; the more Agnieszka knows, the more useful her first reply will be. The details you send are used only to answer you, as our privacy policy explains.

What happens after you get in touch

1. Agnieszka reads every enquiry herself and replies personally, in the language you wrote in.
2. If you are buying, she arranges a call to understand your brief: areas, type of home, budget, timing and how you will use the house. From there she prepares a shortlist, as described on our page on buying.
3. If you are selling, she arranges to visit the property, then prepares a written avis de valeur based on recorded sales in your commune. Our page on selling sets out what follows.
4. If you would like her to act for you as buyer, she explains the search mandate and its terms before anything is signed.
5. Nothing commits you until you sign a written mandate, which states the fee and who pays it. Our fees are published in the fee schedule.
